Dr. Carlisle Goddard is a distinguished Consultant Physician with over 20 years of expertise in Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and King’s College London.

His career spans key clinical and academic roles, including Consultant Physician at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Lecturer at the University of the West Indies. He has played a pivotal role in shaping regional diabetes care, co-authoring the PAHO-endorsed protocol “Managing Diabetes in Primary Care in the Caribbean.”

Dr. Goddard is also a passionate public health advocate and respected speaker, frequently appearing on health media and global platforms, including Lions Club International, where he serves as Council Chair for Multiple District 60. His published research on diabetes distress and chronic disease in Afro-Caribbean populations underscores his commitment to equity and evidence-based care.

Dr. Goddard holds prestigious fellowships from the American College of Endocrinology and the Royal College of Physicians. He currently serves as the Medical Director at The Endocrine Centre Inc. and SkyeCARE Hospital in Barbados.
