As an Agri-Food Systems Specialist, Keeley Holder has a thorough technical and tacit understanding of the region’s agri-food system, derived from working throughout the
echelons of international, regional, and national agencies in the private, public, and NGO
sectors over the last 15 years.

As a consultant, she has worked for the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), as well as on United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and USAID-funded projects. She has served as the youngest Chief Agricultural Officer at the Barbados Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Nutritional Security, developing agricultural policy and leading the technical agenda on agriculture, food, and nutrition, including serving on the National Commission on NCDs.
